Q. What happens to my resume after I submit it online?

A. You will receive an immediate notification that your resume has been received. The resume will then be included within our internal resume tracking system. If you applied for a specific job opportunity, please allow up to two (2) weeks past the closing date to follow-up on the status of your application, should zed feel your background is a match for the posted opportunity. Any resume status inquiries should be directed to careers@zeditsolutions.com. If you submitted your resume, but did not apply for a particular opportunity, your resume will be added to our resume tracking system. As new positions arise within zed, it will be searched on by our HR team.

 

Q. How long will you keep my resume on file?

A. Your resume is kept on file within our resume tracking system on an ongoing basis, until such time as we attempt to contact you and your contact information is invalid. You may contact us directly and ask to be removed from our internal resume database at any time or should you have significant updates to your resume, you may feel free to resubmit an updated version.

 

Q. Can I send zed my resume via email or fax?

A. For the fastest and most effective consideration for employment at zed, we recommend that you only submit your resume through our online application. As an environmentally friendly organization, we work to reduce paper usage as much as possible.

 

Q. Who can I contact for technical assistance when applying for opportunities and/or submitting my resume?

A. Our development team has designed the online application process to be as straightforward and user friendly as possible. If you do encounter any problems during the submission process, you may send an email to contact@zeditsolutions.com and explain the issue you are having. You will receive a follow-up email within 1-2 business days.

 

Q. How can I register to receive the latest job opportunities?

A. While on the zed Web site, you can subscribe to receive zedAlerts via email. zedAlerts are periodic emails that are sent out to inform you about new career opportunities at zed as soon as they become available. You may unsubscribe at any time from zedAlerts and your information will be kept confidential and only used for zedAlert email purposes.

 

Q. How secure is the personal information I submit?

A. We use secure technology to protect the privacy of the information you submit to zedIT Solutions via this Web site.

 

Q. How does the zed interview process work?

A. Applicants will first interview with the HR Manager. In addition, some positions will require the applicant to meet with other senior team members and/or clients. The interview process is a true dialogue where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn as much about the team and zed as we learn about you.
