Experience
Our people come to us from across North America. The majority of our team is originally from Newfoundland and Labrador and have spent time working outside the province in areas that they couldn’t have, had they had stayed within the province. Having gained the necessary expertise, we are able to assist resources in their quest to bring their experience and family back to the province. With clients around the globe, zed is constantly engaged in challenging and creative projects and we need people on the ground in Newfoundland to complete them.
Dedication
Our low staff turnover rate leads to a high degree of consistency and stability within a given project team. As continued retention is always an important issue, zed has implemented several processes and strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of such turnover. And that’s good news for our clients because they are often able to work with many of the same people which helps establish a very effective long-term working relationship.
Agility
